The Rules

1. You must pre-pay for the chosen eating challenge

2. You must be over 18 years of age

3. You must completely chew and swallow all the edible food served to you for this challenge alone.

4. You are allowed to drink throughout the challenge.

5. Meal must be devoured in one sitting within one hour.

6. Contestants unable to keep the food down or leave any part of the food will be disqualified.

7. Complete the challenge and we will refund you in full for the meal only, and present you with an award.

Waiver and Release of Liability

1.1 In consideration of my entry in the above described eating challenge, I intended to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all right of claims for damages which may after accrue to me against the Double Barrel Steakhouse, all suppliers, staff, management and of any and all liability or responsibility arising from any injury received or incurred participating in any eating challenge.

1.2 I agree to examine the event site and assure myself that the area is safe, and further agree that I will not participate in the event unless I am satisfied that the area and conditions are safe, I will further read and comply with all contest rules and regulations, note existing weather conditions and do agree that I voluntarily assume all risks arising from conditions related to the event site by myself or others.

Disclaimer

2.1 I have read the Double Barrel Steakhouse rules and regulations, and I hereby give permission to use photographs, video, motion picture, recording and any other record taken for this event of me to be reproduced in any form for purposes of promotion, advertising, display, exhibition or editorial use.

I have read, understood and agree to abide by all of the Double Barrel Steakhouse Eating Contest  Rules, Release of Liability, and Disclaimer as stated on this page.
